We mindfully engage with SENSE for inner discovery, as well waking up to what surrounds us.
We SEEK our spirit with new experiences and connections (“tiny adventures”!).
We CELEBRATE our tiny milestones with intention and gratitude.
With a tiny adventures mindset, we connect with our genuine, creative, and courageous selves, and move forward with life’s possibilities.
As we build our tiny adventure muscle memory, we serve our spiritual, physical and mental health with self-compassion and care. Taking that deep breath, getting that needed sleep, and giving ourselves a thumbs up!
We also learn to focus on service to our fellows: We take action to support our communities, hold open the door for the next person, pay attention when someone needs a little help, or simply call (ok, or text) your friend, family member, or colleague to say how much you appreciate them.

Start right now. Tiny Adventures are available at any moment. It doesn’t require a plane ticket or planning.
First, we engage our senses. Lift up your head. What do you see? Take in your surroundings - the light, art, people. Get up and walk around - take a stroll, if possible. Admire the color of the daffodils.
Then, we seek new experiences and connections. We walk down a different street and discover a fun shop. We talk to our new neighbor.
And, then, we celebrate. Here, we get creative and it can change every day. Prayer, singing, dancing, or writing a gratitude list. What else?
Each new “tiny adventure” feeds our spirit’s muscle memory, leading us on the Path towards our genuine, creative, and courageous self. Share your tiny adventures with me!
